# 数据处理规范

注册管理机构协议和《注册服务机构认证协议》的可选附件，规定ICANN与注册管理机构或注册服务机构依据隐私法律处理注册数据的方式。签约方在需要此类条款以遵守法律时可以申请。ICANN表示，它不是数据处理协议。
