# 数据托管

gTLD注册管理机构或注册服务机构必须定期交给独立代理机构保存的注册数据副本。如果该公司倒闭或失去与ICANN的合同，副本将被释放，以便其他运营者接手，域名持有人也能保留其域名。它与交易中的资金托管不是一回事。
