# 投诉人

通过提交投诉启动域名争议的一方，通常是声称某个域名滥用其商标的商标所有人。根据UDRP，投诉人必须证明其主张，并支付服务提供商的费用。如果被投诉人要求由三名成员组成的专家组审理，则由被投诉人支付一半费用。
