# 专家组

裁决域名争议的一名或三名独立专家。他们由服务提供商指定，根据书面投诉和答辩作出裁决，除特殊情况外不举行听证。每名成员称为专家组成员（panelist）。一些国家和地区代码顶级域的政策则使用“专家”一词。
