# 义务确认书

ICANN与美国商务部于2009年签订的协议。在协议中，ICANN承诺保持问责，并定期对其工作开展社群审查。2016年IANA管理权移交之后，这些审查被纳入《ICANN章程》。ICANN与NTIA于2017年1月正式终止了该协议。
