# 转出注册服务机构

在转移中，域名离开的那家注册服务机构。在转移完成之前，它仍是该域名的保荐注册服务机构。根据ICANN规则，它必须将转移请求告知持有人，并且只能以《转移政策》所列的理由拒绝转移。
