# 转移批准与拒绝

对待处理转移请求的答复。转出注册服务机构可以通过肯定答复批准转移，或通过否定答复拒绝转移。在通用顶级域中，只有在列明的理由下才允许拒绝，例如欺诈或持有人反对。如果5天后仍无答复，注册管理机构会自动批准该转移。
