# 转移政策

ICANN关于将通用顶级域域名从一家注册服务机构转到另一家以及变更其注册人的规则。它规定了每家注册服务机构必须做什么、转移在何时可以或必须被拒绝，以及锁定期。该政策此前称为《注册服务机构间转移政策》。国家和地区代码顶级域有各自的规则。
