# 注册管理机构协议转让

出售gTLD时所需的合同步骤。该gTLD与ICANN签订的注册管理机构协议转给新的注册管理运行机构，或者现有运行机构的控制权发生变更，两种情况都须事先获得ICANN批准。它通常是一家公司收购某个注册管理机构或其TLD的商业交易的一部分。
