# 注册管理运行机构行为准则

gTLD注册管理机构合同中的一套规则，称为规范9。它禁止注册管理机构偏袒其拥有或与其有关联的注册服务机构，也禁止其在大多数情况下为自己注册域名。仅自用域名的注册管理机构可以申请豁免。
