# 新通用顶级域一年增长32%，但估计续费率不足30%

近一年，.top、.shop等许多新网站后缀增加了大量域名。根据估算，这些域名大多在首个期限结束后未被续费。续费率是指域名持有人继续付费保留域名的比例。

Verisign的《DNIB》报告于10月22日发布，统计显示截至9月底全球注册域名为4.116亿个。这比6月底多990万个，比一年前多3300万个，增长8.7%。该报告的数据来自ZookNIC和Verisign，以及ICANN通过其CZDS提供的区域文件。

新通用顶级域（新gTLD）的域名数量在9月底达到5660万个，比上一季度增长6.9%，比一年前多1370万个。其增长占全年总增长的40%强，占全部域名的13.7%。十大gTLD包括.xyz、.top、.shop、.online、.store和.vip。

报告估计新gTLD的续费率为28.6%。.com和.net的初步数据为74.3%，.org和.info等较早的gTLD则达到79.8%。在十大gTLD中，.top的续费率最低，为12.5%。报告未给出增长原因。

除.com和.net外，各项续费率基于上一季度的最终数据或最新可用数据。对多数域名后缀而言，这些数字来自区域文件的变化，并假设所有域名均在一年后到期。

报告引用了Interisle Consulting Group的一项研究，该研究认为，报告中涉及攻击的域名有43%属于新gTLD。Interisle统计到.top下有360万个被举报的域名，.com下的数量更多。

.com和.net合计达1.825亿个域名，比一年前增长6.1%，其中.com为1.698亿个。本季度两者新注册量为1310万个，去年同期为1060万个。

国家和地区代码域名总数为1.514亿个，增长4.6%。.de在.cn之后为第二大国家和地区代码后缀，在全部后缀中排第三，位列.com和.cn之后。报告未给出.de的具体数字。十大国家和地区代码后缀占域名总数的56.7%，在有数据的情况下，其续费率从.ru的70.2%到.fr的82.2%不等。
