# 日本新gTLD申请上升18%，全球总量下降

## 通俗解读

企业可以向ICANN申请属于自己的网络后缀，比如.brand。Interlink查看了最新一轮的这类申请。日本提出的申请比2012年更多，而世界其他地方的申请则减少了。

日本互联网公司Interlink比较了2012年轮次与2026年轮次中来自日本的新通用顶级域申请。ICANN于2026年10月7日在Reveal Day公布了2026年轮次的申请数据。

2012年轮次中，全球申请人共提交1,930件申请，其中71件来自日本。2026年轮次全球总数为1,615件，下降约16%，而日本申请数增至84件，上升约18%。Interlink认为，日本逆全球趋势而行。

84件日本申请中，61件（72.6%）为.brand，2件（2.4%）为社群TLD，21件（25.0%）为开放通用TLD。Interlink称，这21件通用TLD中有17件存在争用，即其他申请人提交了相同字符串。通用TLD申请主要集中在三家公司：XRegistry Incorporated 14件，XServer Cloud Incorporated 5件，以及Interlink的子公司ISII 2件。Interlink指出，ICANN计划于11月17日公布更新后的争用集。

报道还梳理了品牌顶级域案例。NTT DOCOMO在撤回2012年申请后，于2026年轮次再次申请.docomo。Sumitomo Rubber Industries于2026年申请.dunlop，此前Goodyear在2025年终止了其运营2012年.dunlop注册管理机构的注册管理协议。

Interlink称，2012年轮次的494份.brand协议中，有124份（约25%）已经终止。报道引用的数据为：2012年申请费为185,000美元，ICANN每年固定费用为25,000美元。
