Paris court rejects Canal+ bid for daily fines against Cloudflare, already read

A Paris court refused Canal+'s request for up to €50,000 a day in penalties against Cloudflare over piracy blocking of Formula 1 and MotoGP streams, ruling that Cloudflare's CDN-based blocking met its legal obligations even though its 1.1.1.1 DNS resolver remained unblocked.

UDRP over Ollith.com fails despite suspiciously fast registration, already read

Glenn Richard Meridth lost a UDRP complaint against Ollith.com, registered with Dominet (HK) Limited, after filing it just three days after applying for the OLLITH trademark. The panel denied the complaint without prejudice, citing no proven trademark rights yet.
