Pulse Research Week is an event of the Internet Society, and the 2026 edition is its second. It takes place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul - Piyalepasa, in Istanbul, Turkey, from 1 to 4 December 2026, in person.
It brings together Internet Society Pulse research fellows and mentors, data and research partners, academics and technologists, and it favours workshops, collaborative research and practical outcomes over conference sessions. The first two days are the Pulse Internet Measurement Forum, the third is a Peering Research Day and the fourth an Internet Data Trust Workshop. Topics include Internet resilience and infrastructure measurement, sustainable peering, subsea and terrestrial backbone infrastructure, content delivery networks, connectivity in underserved and rural regions, and the sustainability of measurement data and research.
