Atom (web feed)
A web feed format, defined by the IETF Internet Engineering Task Force The open body that writes internet standards such as DNS, EPP and RDAP. Full definition of IETF in RFC Request for Comments A numbered document in the series recording the internet's technical standards and practices. Full definition of RFC 4287, that does the same job as RSS Really Simple Syndication A feed format that lets readers follow a site's new articles in an app. Full definition of RSS: it lists a site's newest articles so readers can follow them in an app. Many sites publish both formats. Do not confuse it with Atom, the domain marketplace A website where domain names are listed, bought and sold. Full definition of domain marketplace once called Squadhelp.
