It has handled .eu disputes since the .eu ending began, is an ICANN-approved dispute resolution provider An organization approved to administer domain name dispute cases and appoint panels. Full definition of dispute resolution provider, and also decides .cz disputes. In news it often appears as CAC or by its ADR.eu platform.
