To bid, users must create an account and log in, then deposit funds for the auction collateral, which is currently EUR 500. Funds can be added by online transfer or credit card. The registry recommends adding a reasonably large amount, because small euro amounts may lead to bank or administrative fees. Starting prices depend on the domain.
